← AFKashTerms

The rules, stated plainly.

AFKash pays developers a share of ad revenue for sponsored one-liners shown while Claude Code is thinking, and charges advertisers for those placements. These terms cover both sides of that exchange.

Developer & revenue-share terms

Untargeted and house placements pay 50% to the developer and 50% to AFKash — live today. A targeted tier (60% developer / 40% AFKash) is coming with contextual stack targeting; it is not active yet, and this page will say so the day it is.

The payout threshold is approximately €5. Exact payout timing and the Stripe Connect flow are covered where you actually cash out — this page states the number, not the plumbing.

An impression only pays out once it passes server-side validity checks. Invalid impressions do not pay. AFKash reserves a review window before payout during which flagged earnings can be withheld.

Earnings shown before payout are estimates, not a guarantee, until they clear that review window.

Advertiser terms

Campaigns are subject to content review, and AFKash can reject or remove a campaign that violates policy. The specific prohibited-content categories are published in our campaign policy, separately from these terms.

Advertisers are billed only for impressions that passed the same validity checks that protect developer payouts — one mechanic, protecting both sides of the same transaction.

Suspension & termination

Grounds for suspension: fraud or abuse of the crediting system, Sybil or multi-account abuse at payout, and advertiser policy violations.

What happens on suspension: crediting stops immediately via token revocation. Earnings accrued but unpaid during an active fraud review are withheld pending that review — not silently forfeited without process.

General provisions

Standard SaaS terms apply beyond what’s above: a limitation of liability, our right to update these terms with notice, and a governing-law/venue clause. We have not drafted the exact legal language for this section yet — it needs a lawyer’s sign-off before it’s binding, same as the rest of this page.

This page describes AFKash’s actual commitments today, in plain product language — not final legal text, and not yet reviewed by counsel.
